Advice on summer internship

I am a junior at a target school and want a career in I-Banking. What would be a better summer internship for this path, an I Banking internship at a 3rd tier bank, or a sales and trading internship at Lehman? Thanks in advance for responses, I appreciate this forum.

Just because you didnt name the third tier bank should make the decision that much more apparent.
