Is Evercore's Analyst Program 2 or 3 Years?

Was wondering if most EBs, like EVR/PJT/Moelis/Lazard have 2 or 3 year analyst programs. Clearly not a deal breaker either way (already signed SA), but I am interested in doing A2A and would love it if it were accelerated.

Thought Evercore was 3 years? Incoming Analyst though so might be wrong

Evercore's analyst program is 3 years but your contract is for two years. After your 2 years are up, you get promoted to senior analyst, and then ASO.

Does anyone know how placement works? Do you recruit specifically for a group? Is the analyst program generalist?

but for Evercore, if I'm recruiting FT (not a returning SA) do I recruit for a specific group or do I do the placement process?
