How to Maximize Chances for Junior Year BB SA
Hey guys,
I'm a rising sophomore at a target school (Ivy). Finished freshman year with 3.8 GPA, currently doing both an IB and search fund internship this summer. I've already started looking for sophomore SA programs at local boutiques and MM firms, and plan on starting the networking grind soon. My question is, given my academic record and work experience, how far ahead of the curve am I in terms of competition for junior year SA roles at BBs and EBs? Am I basically set with the freshman internships? Or is there anything else I should be doing to improve my odds?
Don’t be white
I'm South Asian, guessing that doesn't help much either...
Maybe try to be more oppressed by next recruiting cycle
In all seriousness though, am I in a good position right now? How do I stack up to the competition for BB applications?
