The $5K is compensation for having to be in the presence of someone like Brendan and his buddies, and also in order for me to go through the trouble of trekking out to Babylon, it would have to be worth my while. But its mainly compensation for the risk I run of being in the presence of Brendan, the super-nova of underachievement, which may somehow alter my molecular composition, confining me to a life of servitude at a local Denny's for the rest of my life. Unfortunately there are no astrophysicists and geneticists on the forum, but I can affirm that they would agree this is a plausible scenario.
Although, there is a great sushi place out there though.
