What is the most toxic behavior you've witnessed in your office?

I'll go first. I was a summer intern at a company happy hour. Might have been a Thursday or Friday not sure. I show up 40 minutes late to the happy hour because I was working. Within five minutes after I sit down, the 1st year analyst I'm working under leaves the bar and sends a group message over Teams to me, the 2nd year analyst and an associate saying to me "Hey buddy when you're done with happy hour please finish the deck".

This pissed me off for multiple reasons:

1) The 2nd year analyst and associate were not at a happy hour, making it seem that I was probably out of the office the entire happy hour and slacking off from the job

2) The fact that this message was sent in a group thread that we normally just make fun of clients in it makes it seem I'm not communicating my workload well enough to him

3) This 1st year analyst sent the message as he was leaving to put me on the hot seat and distract the others from the fact he was taking his second workout break of the day
