My base is little over 100k and it is in commercial banking.
Are you at one of the firms above? Citi/JPM/Wells, and also do you get a bonus?

Don't worry about pay at junior levels. Take the job you think you will enjoy more.
2nd year analyst - base pay of 115K + expected bonus of another 20-25. So all in is $135K-$140K.
That’s really good, what are the hours like?? I’m at a regional bank but very well known and respected in NYC CRE. First year analyst at $75K base but been working like 20 hours a week during the summer

Yeah. Hours are 40-45 a week.
I'd assume $85-100M base and $10-15M bonus in the commercial banking team. Some CRE lending teams sit in the investment banking or markets part of the bank and would be $100M base and $40-100M bonus.
Please tell me where I can make $100,000,000 base with a 40% bonus

Anyone know comp for a VP doing debt placement at a shop like Eastdil Secured? Base and bonus? Any % of fees?

I work at a dedicated MF CRE lender. Im a second year production analyst and my base is $70-$80k. Bonus gets paid out depending on team closings but usually ends up being 100-130% of base
Typically yes it is commercial banking, although some banks have a commercial banking group for borrowers/deals under a certain size, and a separate corporate banking or capital markets/IB group for larger borrowers and REITs.
Not a BB but a CBRE/Newmark/JLL/Berkadia.
2nd yr Analyst in MF debt screening. $90k base, ~$24 bonus, $25 retention bonus.
deal flow >$1B of loan screenings per year and picking up.
Debt experience ranges from debt fund, LifeCo, GSE (80% of deals are GSE) and some banks (mostly local credit unions and alike for smaller markets)
