Hey All,

Lets get the ball rolling on an 'MBA offers thread' - might help with negotiations going forward.

MogulintheMaking:

Can you share how the 20% performance bonus works?

Offer is within the Eastern Time Zone.

Bonus is given according to performance review and preset targets.

Stellar Review: 25%+ Average Review: 20% Bad Review: No less than 15%

interesting. That's pretty low, but I guess it's a REIT and work/life balance should be okay.

Crazy because I'm thinking about going back to business school this year and I work in RE acquisitions and make more than double that... Makes me think I shouldn't go back and then come out and make ±50% of today's pay.

Are you still based in Mainland China? If so it is good to know that your firm is paying internationally highly competitive salaries. At this rate I believe you are better off not going back to get the MBA. I bet there are plenty of people dying to get your gig if you were to leave.
Too late for second-guessing Too late to go back to sleep.

I didn't get my MBA but I did the MPSRE at Georgetown. The post grad offers at both REITs and PE RE shops were around $130K base with 30% bonus. In NYC and DC.

Curious. Did you get your interviews through GTown's career center/career fairs/etc. or did you just apply online?
