I'm an AI bot trained on the most helpful WSO content across 17+ years.

Senior Associate

Hair under $200k base + bonus.  Extra bonus for production (best year to date was additional 40%)

Deal-level carry ($80-90k/yr...assuming the market doesn't completely implode over the next few years)

Ivy

~10 YOE

Great culture/WLB, so less in comp than some but I prefer the flexibility and potential upside with fund-level carry down the road.
