Summary statement - I hate these. Skills - Take this off completely. Any relevant skills should come through in your bullet points. Stuff like PC repair has no bearing on the job you're seeking. Definitely keep your language fluency, but put it in an "Additional" section at the bottom along with a few interesting personal tidbits. Bullet points - In general, you have some good content, but need to provide a more results-oriented focus. You do a great job describing what you did, but need to describe and quantify the impact your actions made.
