Shall you go the Extra Mile ?
My situation is quite straight forward. I could start FT as S&T Analyst this year in London... or I could kill myself to get into a MF in Princeton or at MIT to break into WallStreet...
The first one is the easy option - but I feel like I will be stuck for the rest of my life in this position. The second option will seriously challenge me on another level (I am quite weak at GMAT). I got a 4.0 GPA from a Tier 1 university in France...
Its a bit like in the Matrix take the red pill or the other one...
What would you do_
Can you do both? start in S&T and take the exams and apply to the programs?
This is absurd. Stuck in S&T in London for the rest of your life? You'd be so lucky. Is the only reason you want to go to Princeton or MIT to get into S&T in NY?
So you're afraid of a 50 year commitment as an S&T guy in London. Not sure why you cannot transition to NYC after a few years or after an MBA.
