UK ACA Big4 Audit next move -> LMM TS, LMM M&A or Investment Trust/ Fund?

Hi all, I'm from the UK, 4YOE in Big4 Audit, sick of it and did non-LBS UK MBA last year, struck out of MBB and other LDP, now scrambling for a job, with a few below leads:

1. LMM Transaction Service/ Advisory Senior Associate in London

• £55k + 5-8% bonus + 26 days PTO + standard 6% pension + 2 WFH days/ week
• Top 50 UK accountancy (about 200 people), TS deparment (20 people) is expanding fast
• Focus on small deals (£1m-£20m, occasionally £100m)
• Job descriptions: FDD, report writing, valuation, IPOs, 90% buy side

2. LMM M&A Deals/ Corporate Finance Partner (assuming it's just a glorified title) in Northampton

• £55k + 10% of fees of deals I worked on (not sure if this is normal practice?) + 20 days PTO + shit pension, no wfh
• LMM boutique, about 15 people practice, basically noone knows about without googling.
• Focus on SME deals (£1m-£25m), sector agnostic (think local trades, bakery, mom and pop shops, local consultancy etc) , small local town
• Job descriptions: work on M&A, MBOs & MBIs, fundraising activities, including deal structuring, negotiating, FDD, generally everything will be in my hands, from A to Z.
• 100% office job, 9:00-5:30 (they claimed, not sure how true because they keep saying pressured, work hard lol)

3. Investment Trust/ Fund Finance Manager in London called LawDebenture

• LawDebenture, 135YO, about 200 people office, close ended fund, focus on equity investments + liquid assets, listed with about £1Bn valuation 
• ​​​​​​£55k - £65k range + 10-20% bonus + standard PTO + pensions + 2 WFH days/ week.
• Job basically back office doing whatever they do to operate in the back end
• Not sure what type of money they manage tbh and where they stand in the market, if anyone can share some thought would be much appreciated 

Would anyone able to give their 2c on what is the potential exit + earning opportunities + working for each of the option, given I'm is to get $ + giving strategic decisions + big prestige title (CEO/CFO or Assets/ Portfolio Manager) by the end of the road. Thanks so much!!
