100% Offer Rate
Yesterday was last day at my BB ... 100% Offer Rates. 100 friggin' percent! What was surprising was that they took everyone, from the best performers, to the one kid who in my mind probably didn't deserve an offer (constantly messed up, clearly was not interested in the job - but a nice guy). Anyway, it's awesome though. The group has been getting absolutely crushed lately and is making $$$$$$ for the bank, so they have a lot of headcount.
What has the offer rate been like for you guys?
what bank was it if you mind me asking ?
Just list 3/4 possible banks that it could be instead of naming names.
I dont get why it's taboo to say exactly which bank you work at. How does it make any difference?

Also - this definitely has more to do with my group versus firm-wide. Some groups at my firm had something like 50% conversion rate (relatively low).
Well it has to be BAML. 100% group offer rate is not that surprising. The 93% S&T offer rate at Citi was unheard of.
What was the offer rate like for the entire IBD SA class?
Seen alot of happy facebook comments going up about getting FT offers from alot of different banks. Wont be alot of open positions in the fall this year :(
