90k base + 80/90k bonus
seems a bit high given an associate 0 earns around £100k total comp. Note sure what is the difference between associate 0 and 1

80k base, 30k bonus
Ya, a first year analyst gets 70k base and 55-65k bonus, but a third year gets less....way to think that through.
I think the 30 is quoting a sign-on bonus, not a year-end number
in US... definitely 90K salary...80/90k bonus also sounds right...obv less known than salary component
In US, you'd get 80-100k base, 50-100% of that bonus (if you know wtf you're doing)
Since the person has been promoted to 3rd year, it could be assumed that they know what they're doing seeing as this isn't the normal route for most companies (I don't think)
What about London?
