Career Resources
BBs have nearly all of their analysts already. You have a much better chance getting a SA position from banks recruiting at your school or contacting local boutiques. I'm in the SE and all of the banks in the area are just now interviewing for SA positions.
You can get an IBD position specifically at botiques and several lower middle market firms possibly. For BB's IBD recruiting started in October at many firms.
Boutiques practically hire up until summer starts. Smaller ones at least.
CS is definitely full by now - spoke with a contact.
