Are there any good middle market pitchbooks on the interwebs?

As the title says, I am interested in viewing some middle market pitchbooks that are considered good. I am just wondering what the "standard" is for these.

Are you looking for a true pitchbook, or just discussion / valuation materials prepared by banks? The reason I'm asking is because I've seen people refer to materials that aren't actually pitches as pitchbooks quite a bit on here. Regardless, it's unlikely you will find a bake-off book or initial strategic ideas readily available online. However, you can often find valuation books for public deals in SEC filings.

I'm not sure what your internship background is so this stuff may not even be helpful. Both of these are a little dated, but still decent to get an idea of some of the work an analyst would do throughout a process. Keep in mind a full pitch book can sometimes get up around 100 pages.

Here is a short industry update with some valuation slides from HW: http://www.harriswilliams.com/sites/default/files/industry_reports/DME%…

This is a valuation book from Houlihan: http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1463398/000119312511122736/dex99…
