Are there any good middle market pitchbooks on the interwebs?
As the title says, I am interested in viewing some middle market pitchbooks that are considered good. I am just wondering what the "standard" is for these.

Not sure if Qatalyst is MM, but this is an example:

Are you looking for a true pitchbook, or just discussion / valuation materials prepared by banks? The reason I'm asking is because I've seen people refer to materials that aren't actually pitches as pitchbooks quite a bit on here. Regardless, it's unlikely you will find a bake-off book or initial strategic ideas readily available online. However, you can often find valuation books for public deals in SEC filings.
I'm not sure what your internship background is so this stuff may not even be helpful. Both of these are a little dated, but still decent to get an idea of some of the work an analyst would do throughout a process. Keep in mind a full pitch book can sometimes get up around 100 pages.
Here is a short industry update with some valuation slides from HW: http://www.harriswilliams.com/sites/default/files/industry_reports/DME%…
This is a valuation book from Houlihan: http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1463398/000119312511122736/dex99…
Where would you search on sec.gov to get the valuation books?
You'll have to find companies that have had a fairness opinion rendered (look for companies that have been sold). Then you'll have to find the relevant filing that contains the fairness opinion(s). Sometimes it will be the actual deck, as in the HLHZ/Chemspec one linked above; other times it will be part of a larger filing, as it is here:

Thanks for these. The Qatalyst book is closer to what I was looking for. My boutique doesn't really create pitchbooks, but I know some other small boutiques do pitchbooks on occasion, but I was wondering the quality and details of their pitchbooks.
