What's up with GS paying ridiculously low bonuses? Heard from multiple people this year and last year that mid bucket was $15k - $25k for Analyst 2's. Seems like it's a new trend for them to dish out low bonuses

Low comp nonetheless. Know an Analyst who got a $0 bonus . Also, know many people whose 2nd year bonus was lower than their first year. Kind of ridiculous to work at a top BB and have comp be so underwhelming. Just the truth. Wanted to highlight because it seems like a new trend from the firm
