Best Resume Ever?
Probably not. I'm a junior finance major at a nontarget and any advice on revising my resume for SA positions would be great.
Thanks

Any more great insights?
You will be fine if you get your resume to be read by the right people...
Come on, a section "leadership"! You should replace this one as well as "Campus Involvment", by something like "Other Experience", and should add a section (even if it's just one line) "languages".
why would you put "non target top 40 school" on your resume?
didn't waste my time reading the link, but if Nef is right that is the dumbest thing i've ever heard, along with the term "non-target" itself
That's not really that obvious for two reasons:
It is written in as text. I can believe the OP is stupid enough to include that line in his resume. Especially because something is blacked out below it.
If he is really worried about keeping anonymity, he would have blacked out his name at the top.
haha. this gotta be the best resume ever.
So no advice whatsoever?
Poop for not knowing who VP is.
Sorry, I am not some college kid that spends his time ogling the CEOs of banks.
According to your logic, I better forget everything I know and have learned about finance and the economy because I don't have CEO names memorized. This guy has not even been the CEO of CIti for three years and you worship him.
Do you know who Paul S. Otellini, Léo Apotheker or Bob Dudley are? No, you don't. But I am sure you will pretend to know them after you google them.
This logic is insufficient.
No, I had no idea who those guys were. But, after googling all those guys, I found out they're all executives at tech and oil companies. Why would we know them? If you asked that question on a tech or oil board I'm almost positive people would know them without having to search. Because this is a forum for finance, I have no idea what you were trying to prove here.
Also, because financial markets are driven by (among other things) the news and the big players, a requisite knowledge of who Vikram Pandit isn't some fucking unreasonable task. Considering he's the CEO of a government-backed bank, I would say he's a person of interest.
Finally, this is an internet forum. If you're not some college kid that spends his time ogling the CEOs of banks, then you're gonna have a miserable time here.
