BNY Mellon S&T internship

Im currently a sophomore and this summer i got a BNY Mellon S&T internship and another internship at ING's corporate finance.

My plan is to secure a BB Investment banking internship for my Junior year summer. Which internship would benefit me more?

Cheers

Did you secure this through OCR? BNY Mellon has ECM and DCM divisions under their Capital Markets, if you do well this summer in S&T, maybe you can come back next year to ECM or DCM. When you say ING Corporate Finance do you mean this or Infrastructure:

If it's M&A or ECM at ING - definitely go for ING. If you want to be a BB M&A banker your junior year, do M&A, you'll pick up a lot of different skills from what you will be exposed to in S&T at BNY Mellon.
