Book / Resource recommendations?

I feel like I have a pretty good grasp of VC vernacular but would like to continue learning, specifically about 'deal math' / term sheets, etc...

Can anyone recommend a book you've actually read, a particularly good blog post or other resource?

Thanks! BR

4 books I recommend:

The Masters of Private Equity and Venture Capital (collection of essays from professionals in the field, but has a pretty good appendix with term sheets and metrics they use) http://www.Amazon.com/Masters-Private-Equity-Venture-Capital/dp/0071624600

The Business of Venture Capital http://www.Amazon.com/The-Business-Venture-Capital-Practitioners/dp/0470874449/ref=pd_sim_b_6

The Fundamentals of Venture Capital http://www.Amazon.com/Fundamentals-Venture-Capital-Joseph-Bartlett/dp/1568331266/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1339700602&sr=1-1&keywords=the+fundamentals+of+venture+capital

The Venture Capital Handbook (intended for entrepreneurs looking for vc funding, which lends to a pretty insightful read) http://www.Amazon.com/Venture-Capital-Handbook-New-Revised/dp/0139415017
