Broker doesn't like non IG :(
I just found out my new broker whom I was pretty excited about (low comissions, good product offering) doesn't offer junk bond investing. Pretty disappointed - do any of you see this much in your brokers? FYI their cutoff is actually below BB - i.e. BB is actually investment grade (never seen this before?).
I suppose I can try to get into the non IG market through junk ETF's. What do y'all think? Good idea?
BTW I like the non IG stuff because I feel like I constantly see these companies refi'ing their 4-5x levered cap structures, negative earnings, etc. I just don't see the need for even an AA or even A rated company at this point.
who does your broker clear through? this sounds like bullshit...
