Capital One Principal Operations Analyst

Dear all,

I am recently invited to do a powerday at Capital One headquarters in Richmond, VA for their principal operations analyst position. The interview I have is within a week time, so any inputs will be greatly appreciated.

I have taken their online verbal and numerical assessments and passed. But from what I read in the email that the recruiter had sent me, it sounded like I have to take another on site assessment for verbal and numerical on top of the behavioral and case interviews. Is that right?

I have never had a case interview before and I have search high and low for case interviews for principal operations analyst position but there is none. The only thing that I found similar to this were glassdoor's operations analyst, but nothing for principal operations analyst. Would anyone give me any advice on what/how should I prepare? Do you guys know any site where I can go for more guidance especially on Capital One case interviews where its more number intensive? would the difficulty of the case interview for the position that I am going for would be harder or similar to the operations/data/business analyst position?

Thanks in advance!
