anyone? I'm assuming base is between 50-60k, but I wonder how much the bonus could potentially be (if anything)
GLASSDOOR.com
already checked that- not very accurate info
I only have one data point. But I'll give it to you anyway. This is from a company more in the 200-300 range of the F500.
Base: 50K Relocation: 5K + actual moving expenses (truck, movers, etc) Year end: 5K
60k all in? The work life balance must be amazing to only get 60.
The company I am quoting is not in NYC, DC, or SF, so relatively cheap compared to these cities, but from what I hear, yes the work-life balance is amazing.
The funny thing about corporate strategy, or other similar positions at F500 (from what I have heard) is that the junior people have better hours than the senior executives. I had friends who worked 8 - 5 Monday - Friday straight out of undergrad.
Raises come in at ~5-6% with promotions at around 15%. End of the year bonus changes as you move up the ranks. So while it is 5K first year, it is really a % of your salary (10% in this case). So as you move up your bonus gets bumped up (at this particular company, 10% then 15% then 20%). So as your salary increases and your bonus percentage increases it becomes a solid all in compensation (friends who were 4-5 years out of school were making 90-100K with 20% bonuses, so ~120K all in).
