Duplex Share w/ SubZero/Viking near Columbus Circle

Since I may be heading off to Tejas for grad school in the summer I was wondering if any monkeys either in the city currently or moving into the city may have an interest? Walk up but on the First/'Garden' level (or whatever u wanna call it)

Its on 58th between 9th and 10th (right next to the 9th ave restaurants/bars strip), an ave away from the ABCD1 stop and another ave to the NRQW so you can get anywhere.. whole foods is a block away as well as a late night decent grocery store on the end of one block with a 24 hour diner and CVS as well to boot..

The internals : Porsche design kitchen with viking stove, sub zero fridge, wine fridge built into counter space, overall 2 beds, 2 living rooms, 2.5 bathrooms and in-unit washing machine room and dryer with a second fridge

Top Floor (my room mates 'area') : his bed, his bath, the kitchen, 'dining room' as it is now

Downstairs (mine, yours to be?): My bedroom, 1.5 baths, washing machine room, living room.. basically own seperate apartment with private entrance from the street/gate.. generally huge amounts of space although i will admit layout is a bit odd but can get semi creative and fit things great

Rent is $1750 +~150 for utilities roughly each month so $1900 for all this

When are you looking to rent it? Also, can anyone comment on the location for someone working in FiDi?

I can tell you after doing a similar commute last summer its pretty long (25min subway ride plus any walking so add 15-20mins). It might not seem like a lot but every stop you have to sit on the subway in the morning/evening is brutal. Just answering his question, this apartment looks like a great deal, just for someone working midtown not FiDi
