European terminology: Long-term operating income
Looking for a little help from some European monkeys. I'm looking at comps right now for an Italian software company and the sheet that I have has Enterprise Value multiples that are EV/Long-term sales, EV/Long-term operating income.
Does long-term operating income stand for EBIT or EBITDA? Haven't found anything on Google.
Appreciate any help!
Might it mean accounts payable?
No, the multiples just don't match. The comps sheet just doesn't make distinction between EBIT and EBITDA by using the term LT operating income.
I would think it is EBIT.
