Goldman Sachs Institutional Sales Analyst Interview Help

So I have an interview with GS for a position called "Securities, Equities, Institutional Sales, Analyst" in San Francisco.

Here is the Job Summary & Responsibilities:

Summary:
This San Francisco-based team covers institutional clients in equities across the West Coast.

Principal Responsibilities:
Selling of Initial Public and Secondary Offerings to Institutional clients.
Distribution of the Global Investment Research Product to institutional client
Identifying new client opportunities; growing and maintaining client relationships.
Drawing from various resources across the firm to deliver the best service to the client.
Providing general support to the team.

Basic Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
The successful candidate will be an ambitious and dynamic individual with a natural sales ability, possess excellent communication/interpersonal skills and have a proactive working style.
Candidates will be high academic achievers with the capacity to learn quickly.

Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
EITHER 1+ year’s sales experience OR 1+ year’s of research product experience is ideally required.
Ties to the west coast are essential

Does anyone have any advice on the particulars of this position, what is asked in an interview, and what is sought after?
