Greene Holcomb Fisher and Allison-Williams Company
Do you guys know anything about those 2 boutique investment banks? I know that they are middle market and are based in Minneapolis. Other than that any advice would be appreciated.

Career Resources
GHF is a respectable lower MM IB shop. Expect to work around 80 hrs/wk, sometimes as little as 70, other times 100. Comp is competitive for the lower MM, but below Lazard MM, HLHZ, Piper or HW.
Stay clear of Allison-Williams. Tiny deals, deal flow is weak, comp sucks. Weird guys.
Did you end up interviewing with DD HFs?
Has anyone else ever heard of those boutiques?
Anyone have more info on Allison-Williams?
You won't get any M&A experience. Better than nothing I suppose, but deal flow is non-existent and if you are lucky enough to work on a live deal, it will probably be business broker-esque or some type of dogshit private placement.
These were some of the least impressive people I have ever met at industry events.
GHF had a presentation at my school. It was two associates, and they said it was good work/life as far as IB goes. They do a good amount of deals.
