Headhunters - Groups that have been hit hard

So I haven't been laid off yet but I'm in one of the groups that has been hit hard at one of the major banks, and chances are probably 50-50 that I'll be looking for a new job in the next month. I know nothing about headhunters - can anyone recomend some good ones in NYC or elsewhere? I'm (very) open to changing locations. Btw I'm in S & T not IBD in case that matters.

Thanks.

hey luke, send me a pm...i'd be happy to help. also i'd like to hear your thoughts on how you think other divisions like IBD and investment research will be impacted at your bank. seems like it's all rumors right now, but am curious if you've heard anything more specific. i don't think anyone i've talked to so far has a real sense how much of the layoffs will be on the consumer/operations side vs. the investment bank.
