Men who attribute "makeup, plastic surgery, and photoshop" to making hot girls hot are losers. They do this to give themselves a reason as to why they're not dating or fucking women of high caliber. I don't like bimbos, but I don't mind a girl who has had non-excessive cosmetic or plastic surgery. Is it better if she's all natural? Sure, but it doesn't make much of a difference. I rather have a 9 with lip fillers, nose and boob job than a 6 who hasn't had any procedures.

The majority of your argument is irrelevant - you mention that I "attribute makeup, plastic surgery, and photoshop" to hot girls, and accuse me of believing (most) attractive women are "uneducated sluts," but I only accused celebrities as having to do with makeup, plastic surgery, and photoshop.
I agree with your first point; it's great to hold interest in material goals such as cars and watches, but the argument does not extend to celebrity women. In fact, I change my 99.9% figure to 100%; none of you will ever fuck any of the aforementioned women, so it's smarter to shift your cognitive resources elsewhere, like preparing for interviews or learning machine learning.
Apologies that my original comment was unclear. I wasn't expecting the ignorant backlash at the time, so give me a chance to correct myself.
1) Not all men who attribute "makeup, plastic surgery, and photoshop" to hot girls are losers. These assumptions are actually supported by empirical evidence. Cosmetic procedures have risen 9% in 2010 alone, and nearly 40% of stars between the ages 25-30 have undergone significant plastic surgery. Over the age of 40, nearly 100% of stars have undergone plastic surgery, with facelifts being required at that time. As for fillers, nearly a quarter of all actors/stars in their 20s have undergone at least a filler.
Unlike you, I don't really care for lip fillers, nose, or boob jobs; I'm not suggesting that I'm completely indifferent about appearance, but especially if you're planning on spending an extended amount of time with a woman (or even your whole life), choosing a well-educated and successful person is paramount.

3) I didn't say I would date my sister/cousin because I have some incest fetish; I made that remark simple because I didn't want to date anybody at the time (most girls on the street don't align with my interests/beliefs) so if I HAD to choose one person to date, I would reluctantly pick my sister. No incest, and no, I would never actually do it .

I have to agree with @JacobMoore8" on this one. I've dated a few smoke shows who hadn't had any plastic surgeries and were educated, accomplished women (a nurse practitioner, a medical student, etc.) and also relatively good girls and not "filthy sluts." Just because she's hot doesn't mean she's a slut. I haven't really noticed much of a correlation between looks and promiscuity. There are ugly tramps, hot good girls, vice versa, and everything in between.

Somehow the hottest women of "all time" are all alive and in their prime within the last couple decades? Seems statistically likely.
And to whoever was making this point downthread - most celebrities look as good as they do because you're seeing them after hours of makeup or photo-shop. That is the plain truth. It takes 8 seconds of looking on YouTube to find a video of a model being made up and her photo being altered to the form it'll take on a billboard or magazine cover. That isn't to say those women aren't legit beautiful, but the public image standard of beauty for those people is far above what they "actually" look like.
Ok... I'm a millennial but this is bad. These are like all instagram celebrities.
