70K prorated is pretty standard if you're at a brand name shop, 1K-2K "relocation/housing stipend" (AKA signing bonus). Comes out to about $15K all-in for 10 weeks (pre-tax of course). However, it varies a lot for MM banks. Top MM like Piper Jaffray, Houlihan Lokey, Evercore, Robert W. Baird, Lazard will pay the same as the street. Other, smaller MM boutiques might not pay you as well.
I have a couple friends in mm, they all make street salary - 70k for a first year analyst. If you're at some garbage boutique doing laundromat acquisitions in Tampa or something you'll probably make less, idk, I don't know anyone doing that. If you work at a bank you have heard of, you'll make 70k salary.
Bonus might be smaller in mm, I don't really know.
appreciate the responses. I'm working at a 6-man shop but we get a bunch of deal flow (4 deals each about 15M EBITDA) and I'm fairly certain they are gonna offer me a position for the fall and FT next summer. I'm wondering how much those size of banks typically pay base+bonus?

Expecting some significant backlash for the previous poster for putting EVR and LAZ in the same category as Baird, Piper and HLHZ...

I see that happening too, s2t, though it's not like the others are any joke
