Is 'Dear all' OK?

Sounds awful. Why are you emailing your resume to groups of MDs?

You should individually send. You'd come off very lazy if you sent one email to 17 MD's with a generic message and your CV

^Received an email from the MD I have been networking with, saying 'Please send your CV to all of us.' Two other MDs are copied on that email.

I would just go with the names of each MD then

if he told you to do that then dear all seems fine

Just leave off the dear all part and go into the cover letter directly..dear all sounds stupid.

The MD telling you to "send your CV to all of us" doesn't mean "do it with one email." DO send it to every MD, but send it to each one separately. Include in each email a request for feedback or a phone chat, etc.

why the hell is this even a question? If it is with the same firm/group just CC the other MDs, No one cares Attach a CV to each email you send out. No need to have it in the body of the email just say i have my CV attached that goes into more detail about my background blah blah blah

I always start with either "Gents!" or "My people!". In all seriousness though, this is a stupid question.

invesment banker will not like dear all. most old invetment banker want to fel young so i sugest starting ur email with "yo son" or "ay"

How much longer is it going to take you to email all three MD's individually?
