good suggestion
that kind of thing is basically impossible, or worthless. if you want to have a journal that's worth reading, it has to be honest and be drawn on real experiences. but if you do that you'll inevitably reveal your identity, and get in a load of trouble.
Those who choose to keep a journal could be vague. Not include name, company, confidential deal info, etc...
Something like this would be a great reference.

I'm actually trying to recruit a banker right now to do a bi-weekly jounal...will keep you updated.
It will be a great reference for those looking to break into IB. Show 'em what its really like. Some may actually reconsider, others may love the details only someone on the inside can provide.
