that kind of thing is basically impossible, or worthless. if you want to have a journal that's worth reading, it has to be honest and be drawn on real experiences. but if you do that you'll inevitably reveal your identity, and get in a load of trouble.
Those who choose to keep a journal could be vague. Not include name, company, confidential deal info, etc...
Something like this would be a great reference.
