JPM AM vs. PREI
What would be better opportunity out of undergrad:
JPM Asset Management Global Real Assets: Analyst, asset management, work across the risk spectrum (I assume a lot of core b/c JPM is known for their core fund), office/industrial only
or
Prudential Real Estate Investors: Analyst, Asset Management, opportunistic fund, all property types
Ultimate goals: either stay and grow at institutional investor level, or try and join repe fund
What fund at PREI? working in a value add fund would get you relevant exp. for REPE. Big difference btwn core and value add in my opinion. JPM seems a bit vanilla but also has the brand name. Don't think you can go wrong. Just my two cents.
