Bitch work

They are predominantly sell side, work hard, very little up-side for the juniors. As everyone knows, one man band.

If you want that style of bank, look at Caliburn.

Caliburn...

Caliburn are doing great at the moment, but I don't think the sell side specialists are that great for juniors.

Did you hear that Caliburn doesn't allow ipods while modelling? Hillarious!

Caliburn works its juniors

Caliburn works its juniors quite hard from what I've heard. Other than that, I've only heard praise of the place.

Lazard in Australia - they pay slightly less than the other banks. Not a significant amount though (this is at the analyst level)

yeah word is that caliburn

yeah word is that caliburn is known as taliban over here for their headphones rule... but can't fault revenue per banker...

is it easy to transfe=r to other lazard offices overseas now that carnegie wylie is part of lazard?

Rev per banker

Caliburn's rev per banker isn't that high. Their deals are small (although recent exceptions) and they often work on a retainer and lower success fee.
