Hey
I have a final round interview coming up a month from now. This interview is for a PERE / REIT analyst position. They will be grilling me on creating an excel spreadsheet from scratch. I am almost clueless on this. I have nailed my other interviews, but this is the part I have been dreading.
Does anyone have any tips on how I can go from noob to competant in the next month for excel modeling from scratch for real estate? Resources? Tools? Programs?
Thanks!

I would get the wiley
I would get the wiley corporate finance modeling book and learn from there. They take you through step by step so you'll learn it thoroughly. Also the VBA section is very valuable and can make you stand out.
Has anyone bought the BIWS
Has anyone bought the BIWS Excel Fundamentals and/or the Real Estate Modeling course?
