Listing SATs, SAT II's, GRE's, courses taken, individual grades for specific courses, etc.?

I'm aiming for an internship at a quantitative prop trading firm as an undergrad. Could anyone who has experience with the recruitment process for places like this please chime in:

Should I list any of these stats on a resume?
- SAT: 2310, SAT II's, 800 math, GRE's: 800q, 710v. Since the math is elementary in these standardized tests, would the inclusion of these stats be mocked at?
- Listing specific technical courses taken? For example I've taken quite a few graduate courses in financial engineering, stochastic processes, nonlinear programming, bayesian statistics, statistical modeling, algorithms and data structures, etc... should I list all this or would this be somehow detrimental?

I've also designed and implemented various models for predicting trade impact costs, intra day stochastic volatility with tick data, etc... should I list an overview and backtesting performance of these models even though I've never had the opportunity to actually use them?

Thanks for all the help guys

List the shit you designed if you can do so in one or two lines while describing what they do/how you did it/why etc

If I had asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses - Henry Ford
