Hi,
I'm a male and also very mysteriously clean. I bleach all my clothes and bed sheets and will often have scratch marks on my face and neck which I disinfect with a stiff brush, q-tips and oven cleaner. I sometimes wear a fake beard or mustache and false nose, but you'll get used to this. My one quirk is I sometimes come home with women's underwear in a ziplock bag... often soaked with what appears to be urine. But rest assured, I keep these in air tight ziplock bags in a file safe in my room.
I do a little scrap booking but only in my own room. I'll typically cover a wall with pictures, locks of hair and pieces of clothing for a small period of time and will take them all down, file them and start all over. This usually coincides with the scratches.
I do a little sleep walking so you may find me in your bed from time to time. Its best not to wake me as I'll be very disoriented and panicked. Its best to just let me do whatever it is I'm doing... even if I appear to be awake. To compensate for this inconvenience, I can pay your share of the rent as well.
All in all, I'd say I'm an ideal roommate. Very respectful and mysteriously neat.
