The 24 year old chick who opened my MT account for me said she went through their management program, then as soon as she graduated, she became regional assistant manager...pulls in about $65k. Her current regional manager seems like an old bitch - would be tough for her to take over her spot. I wouldn't recommend it.
She's hot as hell though. Kept smiling and messing around with me (like hiding my initial deposit check for 5 minutes and making me guess where she hid it). Would've asked her out if I hadn't realized she would have access to all my financial information at the click of a button. Not a good idea.

Yeah, young finance guys could really lose an edge.
I'm pretty sure MT offers SA positions. Why just limit yourself to just that bank though?
