Not so sure about having the Road-trip as an Interest... ?

Either way, "accrossed west south to north east of US" is grammatically incorrect. The word "across" is not a verb. If you really want to keep it in there, I would suggest "Roadtrip (from Southwest to Northeast US)" but I would really cut it.

Also, I'm not so sure having the courses you expect to take is proper. A resume is a reflection of what you have already done or achieved. Things you will do in the future, especially condition things like which classes you will take, don't really have a place on your resume. Is there any relevant coursework you have done that you can add?
