New to WSO, Looking for Advice

Hello,

I just created a WSO account. I will be completing a MA in sociology (quantitative research) this June but want to pursue a career in financial research/analysis, what I am truly interested in. I've been learning about financial markets and fundamental/technical analysis on my own and know there are a ton of resources on WSO, but does anyone have suggestions for things to check out first? I think the best place to start would be financial modeling experience/certification to boost my resume. I've done a lot of model writing/statistics for my program, but not much directly related to finance.

Thanks!
