What do you guys think will be the state of next year's summer hiring?

By the way, which are the banks that pay over-time? I've heard UBS, CS and DB so far ... true?

UBS does NOT pay overtime - CS does - pretty sure no one will be paying overtime next summer

Granted, his desk no longer exists. :)
