What's the percentage of men vs. women in banking and the other areas of finance? How does it change depending on the level you are in within the firm?

In sales you have a lot of women as opposed to other areas in a bank. On my most direct team I will be the only salesMEN. The big sales bosses in my team are men however. One of the trading MD is a women thought, and is the kindest person on earth.

Most ladies from my graduating class are going into PWM or Sales. There is the rare occasion of your super power women who will go into M&A or Trading. From my experience those ladies have more drive and power than any men on the floor, it's not greed that drive them but something even more powerful than anything a men can ever envision. wow that was deep, better take a break or I might blurt out even more non-sense

Remember, you will always be a salesman, no matter how fancy your title is. - My ex girlfriend

At least 30-40% female in my class.

WallStreetPlayboysWow 30-40%... Usually would expect in the 10% range.

The larger BBs have much more class diversity, since HR begins to take a larger role as your organization grows.
