Problems with Model
What's up, guys?
I'm doing a DCF for a company, but I seem to have run into a few problems:
1.) Circular references arise when I plug in my interest expense from my Debt Schedule.
2.) Company did a revolving credit facility in 2011 and my Debt Schedule is shaky at best.
3.) Balance sheet not balancing (obviously).
I'll send it over to whoever wants to help me out. Much appreciated. Beers on me in NYC if you have any tips/advice.
Thanks.
Whats your... avatar?
^ It's one of my favorite artists, Morrissey.
Send it over. I'll take a look.
PM it to me, I'll try it out
send it here, I have run into a similar problem
Sent to those who offered to help.
Having a bit of trouble with the Debt Schedule and how to project. The company used a Revolving Credit Facility in 2011.
did you turn on iterations on excel? interest is suppose to be circular
^ Yes, I've set max iterations to 100 / 0.001.
Question: If I were to send the model to anyone, they wouldn't get the pop-up circular reference error, correct? Max iterations would be an embedded feature?
it depends if you have circular referencing enabled. Most cases you should build a circ switch into your model so it doesn't ref out
Check your email. It is balanced but still need some adjustments on your side
