hey did you already get a first round phone interview? when did you send in your apps?
yeah, i sent in my app on the 1st and haven't heard back in any form... how long do they usually take?
There's alot of apps going in for SEO. Also, keep in mind to apply to other places/programs to in order to maximize your chances of getting a spot on Wall Street.
For candidates who haven't applied yet. The other deadlines are
Dec. 15th, and Jan. 22.

What are they really looking for in the essay? The question (How does the first program area you've applied to link to your professional goals?) seems so vague and I'm not sure what direction to take it in
it seems like you did the accerelated interview process...i think in your case it should be about two weeks so i'd give it until November 21, right before thanksgiving.. if not,, call them!! i got to final round during phone interview.
Relate how you getting a role in asset management fits into your career path and tie that to giving back to the community. Focus on how you can contribute more to the SEO family rather than showing how a chance at AM will help you.

rukid, I think you'll be fine...my essay didn't talk about community service and I got an in-person interview.
