Starting a company

I was wondering what employers or business schools think when they see you started a company? I started a financial services company. Non target state school with a 3.3 GPA. A lot of weight will be put on GMAT, but as work experience goes i don't know how running own company looks.

Depends on how much capital you raise(d) and how well the business did. Depending on school, it will always be difficult to convince the adcom about why you want to get an MBA.

I'm talking about liquid. Rich enough to have your own jet. Rich enough not to waste time. Fifty, a hundred million dollars, buddy. A player. Or nothing. See my Blog & AMA
