Starting FT in Fall @ EB: Questions about PE Recruiting
Hi everyone,
I'm going to be starting at an EB this fall. I've been thinking about PE and have a few questions. I come from a target with a low GPA (3.6). I'm worried that this may hold me back for PE recruiting. I've read all over this board that a >3.7 is the gold standard for recruiting. What is it outside of my GPA that I can do to maximize my chances?
Thanks!
You will have difficulty recruiting for mega funds that have high cutoffs but you should be competitive if you have good experience and interview well.
Are there specific cutoffs for MFs? Would a high SAT/ACT test score compensate for a 3.6 GPA?
