URoch Simon School Early Leaders Initiative

I did a search, but could only find a few threads about this program, and they were all pretty dated. Recent rankings have them in the 40s nationwide. I have a chance at landing in their early leaders initiative program, where you go straight from undergrad to a 2-year MBA, probably doing a handful of internships in between. I couldn't find recent placement numbers, so I'm wondering if this could be a way to go given my late-found interest in finance and lack of work experience until recently.

I'm pretty hesitant to do jump straight into an MBA, as many have said that I won't gain much without experience, but if my focus is more geared towards F500 than IB, would that still hold true?
