What Should Be The Punishment For Falsely Accusing Someone Of Rape
To me, this is almost as bad as having your d*ck cut off.
2 scenarios: 1) she accuses you of rape and is caught instantly. result: irreversible
damage to reputation.
2) she accuses you of rape, you serve the sentence/punishment, and then
you are proven innocent. result: jail time, damaged reputation for life, no
earnings, lifetime psychological fear of women, etc
Discuss.
The equivalent of the punishment for the accusation, plus any associated legal fees and loss in wages/benefits.
The appropriate punishment is allowing the man to legally rape her. /s
I'm guessing that article struck a nerve?
Personally I think you should be allowed to frame her for a string of robberies across county lines.
Hmmm, for a woman falsely and MALICIOUSLY accusing a man of rape, like her knowing he's innocent and going with it anyways? Well, if he serves times she should serve at least as much time as he did, plus she should be on probation for life after she gets out. Some sort of monetary compensation.
If he doesn't go to jail, I'd say 1-3 years and probation for life, plus some sort of monetary compensation.
I say sew her vagina shut so she can't go spreading lies any more.

lol
Death penalty. Period. Yes, I'm serious.
Same thing that happens to sinners in hell.
Let's get biblical, stone the false witness.
the dude was so fucked up, he puked all over the place. Maybe his recollection is just a little bit hazy. Granted the lady sounds batshit insane, but none of us know if she has always been that way, or if she actually got raped and went nuts because of it. False police reports may or may not get criminally prosecuted, but perjury is def a serious crime. Plus u can always sue in the civil court. Very few people get falsely arrested/prosecuted for rape. Most girls that actually did get raped are never able to prove it. It is next to impossible to be found guilty for rape if u havent committed it
I didnt see anywhere in the article that leads anyone to conclude she falsely accused him (we are talking about the NYT article right? If not, ignore me)
Can't make it too serious otherwise genuine cases won't come forward something like 3 years in prison presuming accused didnt go to jail.
If accused went to jail for 5plus years life in prison or death penalty for false accuser becomes more reasonable but probably too harsh.
