What's an acceptable salary with 3yrs MBB exp?
What's acceptable salary in the tech sector (GRPN/LNKD/YHOO/MSFT/GOOG etc) for an business ops / in house consulting role with:
3yrs MBB exp (not EM, SAC level)
MS Engineering (target)
BS Engineering (target)
Not corp dev unfortunately.
Bay area.
Also, how long should you wait before accepting an offer? They didnt give me a specific time frame but offer was given on thursday. HR wanted me to let them know whether I can give them an answer today im like wtf?

Are you an EM at MBB? If so I'd expect in-hosue consulting role to vary, id say range is 150-200 max all in. Again, I think that may be a bit aggressive on the high tail end, but from my friends at MBB who've left I've heard their comp approaching that, whether or not they were honest is another story.
